Mahamar Touré is the founder and owner of Blue Sky Trading International. Blue Sky Trading International was established in 2000. Initially Blue Sky Trading worked only in US and European markets. Later on the company opened a subsidiary in 2002 in Mali headquartered at 'Les Halles' of Bamako.

At the same time, it began to connect the governments in West Africa with Chinese investors in the field of transport, road, rail infrastructure, civil works, hydro-electric dams, power plants, housing social, mining, etc ...
